Inkstone House OCT Linpan Cultural Center in Anren, Sichuan is located in the middle of the Linpan area of Anren Town, Dayi County, Chengdu City, Sichuan Province. It is adjacent to the Qimu River in the west and surrounded by large fields and bamboo forests. The design tries to integrate into the original natural landscape, continue the material and spatial elements of the traditional buildings in Western Sichuan, explore the coexistence of architectural culture, construction, and the combination of locality and emerging techniques under the guidance of structural performance-based approaches of digital fabrication, integrating local concepts and new technologies.
As a demonstration area of “Gemdale·Metropolis Light”, the project is located in the northwest corner of the plot. Jianye Football Town, a town of sports aesthetics in the Cherry Valley Scenic Area, Erqi District, Zhengzhou, integrates in it the natural scenery, sports, recreation and culture. According to the construction plan of the football town, a Jianye Football Town Tourist Center of about 3000m2 will be built at the main entrance to the football town on the platform southwest of Houzhang Highway. It will be the reception and exhibition space for the whole football town in the future.

With such a unique landscape, STRAY BIRD is thus required to challenge the traditional rammed-earth architectural typography, and to re-present itself in an ecological and airy structure. Such design also inspires continual discussions of architectural transparency, thereby engendering new definitions for localization.
ZONES DESIGN recently completed the design of its new office space. The project is located in the Creative World Park of Hongshan District in Wuhan City.
