On the edge of the historic city, the ZAC St Roch, a territory conquered on the rails, promotes the emergence of a new animated, open, mixed and sustainable district. Ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the SNCF train station, the Comédie and the historic center, this vast operation developed by SERM (Société d’Équipement de la Région de Montpellier) covers 15 hectares and will soon receive the EcoCité label.

At the entrance to Vieux-Longueuil, situated between its residential and commercial areas, on a piece of land left uncultivated for many years, Studio Jean Verville architects has erected a 2,600 square meter dental complex based on the concept of biophilia.
Leiden’s City Hall has been renovated and made more sustainable. Adapted to the new working methods of local government, the City Hall offers the municipality an appropriately rich and welcoming stage that again reflects the original allure of this monument – one with roots going back to the 14th Century.

Making the most of the natural and untamed qualities of the territory of almost one hundred acres, the project combines a Nordic farm, a café-bar, four-season micro-refuges, and an outdoor basecamp.

Driving from Anklam to Usedom and turning left just before the bridge, following the signs to Wangelkow along very sandy forest paths, you will find your way to the Pinnower See. Hidden behind the trees, a small thatched house stands directly on the shore. Built in 1958 by its namesake, the house now serves as the holiday home of Dr. Funk for his grandchildren.
The Courtyard Residence resembles a rectangular origami of concrete and glass. The project aims to design calm expression, heightened experience, and seamless function.
The design of Reggio School is based on the idea that architectural environments can arouse in children a desire for exploration and inquiry. In this way, the building is thought of as a complex ecosystem that makes it possible for students to direct their own education through a process of self-driven collective experimentation— following pedagogical ideas that Loris Malaguzzi and parents in the Italian city of Reggio nell’Emilia developed to empower children’s capacity to deal with unpredictable challenges and potentials.
