The domestic space, previously a place of rest and recreation, was given different functions during the years prior to the construction of Casa Taller. Working, studying, celebrating events, watching shows, holding meetings, attending classes, are just some of the activities that took place in the home. The need for space became evident.

This project was unusual from the outset. Rather than the standard approach to residential additions to original terrace houses where the minimum two rooms is left acing the street and a new large open space added to the rear; this project retained the entire original Edwardian semidetached terrace and included just a single room extension.
Laixi is located in the middle of the Jiaodong peninsula, rich in hydrological resources. The only river which runs through the city from the east to south is the focus of riverside wetland landscape shaping. With the development of the city and surrounding community, the riverside park has become an important carrier of wetland landscape, the demand for community function is more and more strong. The design task is to renovate the auxiliary buildings in the riverside park, fill in the community functions, and stimulate the vitality of the waterfront area and improve the spatial quality of the riverside as a whole.

A former snack bar that had been vacant for over 20 years was renovated into an office in a commercial building in Sakae, Nagoya’s downtown area. The long counter, mirror ball, box seats, and other glittering traces of those days were still there.
The origin of Helipad starts on a rooftop; under a heliport; atop one of the tallest buildings in Mexico City, at a key intersection of two of the busiest streets – Paseo de la Reforma & Avenida Insurgentes in Mexico City. The client and developer of the high-rise desired a meeting room directly under the heliport. The client resides outside of Mexico City and to avert long transportation commutes on the ground, he flies into the city by helicopter to attend business meetings.
In an industrial lot, that due to its position in the articulation between an avenue and a structuring roundabout is a corner of local relevance, it was implanted an industrial unit of fabrics production.

Next to the source of the River Sizandro, the Casa do Canto project was based on the recovery of a small unit for the caretaker’s dwelling and the construction of adjacent shops.
