ArchDaily’s 2020 Building of the Year Awards are Now Open for Nominations

2019 was a challenging year for ArchDaily and the entire world. The changes in the architectural profession and the Internet led us to a global review of our approach and mission, which are now focused on becoming a tool for architecture and our readers, providing useful knowledge and inspiration not only for architects, but for any people interested in architecture, as our audience grows.

With the year 2020, a new era has come — the age of technology and information is getting to a new level, taking us to the future. We are proud to mark the beginning of this exciting journey with a new edition of our flagship award program — Building of the Year.

For the 11th consecutive year, we are tasking you, our readers, with the responsibility of recognizing and rewarding the projects that are making an impact in the profession, with ArchDaily’s 2020 Building of the Year Awards. By voting, you become part of an unbiased, distributed network of jurors and peers that has elevated the most relevant projects over the past seven years. Over the next weeks, your collective intelligence will filter over 4,000 projects down to just 15 stand-outs—the best in each category on ArchDaily.
