Architect Ana Sawaia makes an invitation to pause in her debut at Casa Cor In this project to Casa Cor, the architect Ana Sawaia offers a space to rescue the pleasure and need to stop and take a deep breath. Saleta Pausa is spread over 25 m2 in the Jockey Club of São Paulo. The lack of openness to the exterior is counterbalanced by the use of high-end and natural materials, lighting and furniture. “To live a fulfilling life is to be surrounded by practical solutions and also objects that tell us a little about who we are,” says the architect.

As an important part of Shanghai International Automobile City and the technology development industrial belt around Tongji Jiading campus, the project is a good supplement and improvement of the functional structure of the region. Located in Bandung, Indonesia, The FE House is a serene home where every element is designed around family and the location’s tropical climate.The house consists of spacious living space to accommodate family’s activities but remain practical, so everything has its place and the space is easy to maintain. This house consists of 3 levels, with each floor for a different function. The main entrance area connected via a ramp that runs along in front of the house. The ramp takes you directly to the main door of the house. The first floor is a split level to create a semi basement area for the garage and service area, the second floor is the living and family area.

Banyan Tree Riverside Residences Bangkok / SCDA Architects

The Banyan Tree Riverside Residences stands out as a distinctive architectural statement on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. Designed to be an urban riverfront sanctuary, this 45-storey condominium is located just 16 meters from the riverbank, nestled between the Old City District and the Central Business District. The design strives for formal simplicity complemented by crafted detailing to create an iconic and finely textured silhouette along the Bangkok riverfront skyline. The all-glass façade, both transparent and ephemeral, is a tribute to the building’s close relationship to the Chao Phraya River, Bangkok’s legendary “River of Kings”, ensuring that all units have sweeping views of the water.
